Sometimes I leave comments on my things I post. Some of the things I say, people will disagree on and reply to, expecting me to retaliate. I'm not here to argue, so MOST of the time, I will not even notice that people have left replies to my comments. Just an fyi ;)

I usually don’t support radical claims like this, but yeah. lol. Granted, the 50 years is probably more of a scare tactic than anything since the crime is so much easier to commit but still… Except Schmitz hasn’t even been sentenced yet. He’s currently in New Zealand awaiting extradition to the US. It’s amazing how quickly people are apt to jump to such radical, unbased conclusions in order to make MU and Schmitz look like they were merely innocent entrepreneurs. That could not be farther from the truth. Schmitz was charged with embezzlement in 2003 (one of the LARGEST embezzlement cases in Germany) and sentenced to 2 years’ probation. Not to mention that MU’s latest filesharing platform “Megakey” (that hadn’t been “officially” launched) was siphoning adspace and money from other websites via its users’ information. Schmitz is not some sort of internet martyr. He and MU are guilty of a lot fucking more than just hosting a file-sharing website. Believe me, I was megapissed when I read about all this, because I had been using MU a handful of times over the years to download things. THOUGH I may say that comparing this to the Carano case is fucking stupid. Comparing FILE SHARING to MURDER AND RAPE is fucking stupid. This image is fucking stupid. wow Fantastic.
