I’M OUT, FOLKS. Time for cake!
I’m not a crazy eater, but to lose weight, I HAVE to work out every single day of the week. I have three kids, I have to tend to them, I have to cook for my family, I have to clean my home, I walk the kids to school every day (three times a day because they have different schedules). I work out 3 times a week for about 30 minutes. My youngest doesn’t nap, so if I work out in front of her, you bet she’s going to start climbing on me because she think’s I’m being silly. And as much as I try to keep working out with her on my back or my leg, a 35lb weight is a little excessive hahaha! Why don’t I work out at 5am you say? I’m the type of person who cannot function without a good amount of sleep. Lazy? No way, if I were lazy, I wouldn’t walk my kids to school. I take every opportunity I can get to get some activity in. So I’m fat,but I’m healthy. Deal with it, When I get more time/freedom, I will definitely work out more, and maybe then, I will slim down. Not for you, not for anyone, but for me.
