Irónicamente es baratísimo pero cuando lo comes sientes que tu mamá te anda apapachando y que te dió una comida de 5 estrellas.  Mexican Noodle Soup. I dont know how to put this but you better try this before you die. Ironically its very cheap but once the tomato-chicken broth hits your taste buds youll feel like your mom is pampering you with a 5 star meal. Perfect in any occasion but people will agree that when the weather is cold or when you are sick in bed are THE moments to have it.

mexicanfoodporn: Duritos de rueda (Rueditas)  How do you know you are in a mexican house party? Well when your host buys a bag the size of a car filled with these. These cheap treats can be bought in most of mexican markets.  What do you do with them? drown them in lime and hot sauce of course!  But before you drown them in lime and hot sauce, you have to fry them ;) So freaking GOOD! *drooling*

mexicanfoodporn: Tortillería A place that usally just sells tortillas (corn & flour)  You wont understand how a real tortilla tastes until you get one just fresh out of the oven.  Put some salt, your favorite salsa or some lime.  This brings back memories. When I was a little girl, we would go fresh tortillas almost every day. Hot, tightly rolled tortillas with a little bit of salt.. oh wow, I wish I had one right now.
